1. Accomplished passport application form;

2. Old passport; and

3. Payment of passport fee (B$102.00)

You can download an e-Passport application form from the Philippine Embassy's website at www.philippineembassybrunei.net and www.pinoybrunei.com.

Finally, you are no longer required to submit passport-size photos in submitting your application form.
