The Philippine National Team U21 will be representing the Philippines in the Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy for ASEAN Youth Football Tournament, to be held in Bandar Seri Begawan on 24 February– 09 March 2012.

The Philippine Embassy is encouraging members of the Filipino community in Brunei Darussalam to show support for the Philippine team.

"Let us help inspire our young football players to do their best and win the games. Bring your family and friends. Together, let us watch the games and cheer for the Philippine football team's victory," said Ambassador Nestor Z. Ochoa.
